While the original couples any Russian vodka with ginger beer and a squeeze of fresh lime, this crisp and complex local variation showcases the triple-distilled smoothness and clean, textured flavour of our 100% Australian wheat-based vodka.
60ml Australian Distilling Co. Vodka
25ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
4 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Combine vodka, lime, sugar and bitters in a shaker and shake well. Strain over fresh ice in a highball glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lemon wedge.ENJOY!
