litres of the spirit every year to prove it. Yet despite
our booming distilling industry and our established
position as one of the world’s best wheat producers,
over 99.5% of the vodka we consume is imported.
Inspired to reinvent the very idea of what a local vodka
could be, we created our Australian Distilling Co.
Vodka on a foundation of purity, eager to showcase
what makes this country such an ideal home for spirit
production. The finest 100% Australian wheat is
fermented then triple-distilled, resulting in a base spirit
with unparalleled purity. A final, small-batch distillation
in a copper still helps it evolve into a clean, gently
textured vodka with a nuanced flavour that we believe
is worthy of carrying our name, and that Australia can
proudly call its own.
