We recently celebrated the successful opening of our first cellar door in Melbourne, La Distilleria at il Mercato Centrale.

Our new cellar door offers everyone the chance to sip, try or buy our premium award-winning spirits in an immersive, market-inspired setting.

The original il Mercato Centrale (“the central market”) opened in Florence, Italy in 2014 and has since spread to Rome, Turin, Milan and now Melbourne.

The venue is three stories high and shines a spotlight on 23 artisans showcasing the best in specialty goods – think best pizza, pasta, wine…and of course spirits!

La Distilleria, or as we like to call it, our new Home of Melbourne Gin and Vodka, is located on Level 1 of il Mercato Centrale Melbourne, 546 Collins St.
