The classic Whisky Sour: a timeless combination of Australian Distiliing Co. Single Malt Whisky, lemon juice, sugar, and a touch of egg white that adds a silky texture and balances the tartness. While the egg is optional, those who crave the original Whisky Sour experience will find that it adds a unique depth and a protein-packed punch.

INGREDIENTS

60ml Australian Distilling Co. Single Malt Whisky

22ml Fresh Lemon Juice

15ml Simple Syrup

15ml Egg White

Fresh Orange Slice Garnish

method

Add whisky, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker. Shake vigourously without ice for about 10-15 seconds to emulsify. Add ice and shake again for about 15 seconds, until well-chilled. Strain into a coupe glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a fresh orange slice.
