60ml Australian Distilling Co. Single Malt Whisky
22ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
15ml Egg White
Fresh Orange Slice Garnish
Add whisky, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker. Shake vigorously without ice for about 10-15 seconds to emulsify. Add ice and shake again for about 15 seconds, until well-chilled. Strain into a coupe glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a fresh orange slice.
