As a part of Qantas' effort to improve their onboard and lounge menu, they have brought a selection of high-quality culinary and spirit options to elevate the customer experience. Qantas' Creative Director of Food, Beverage, and Service, Neil Perry, along with his team of experts, reviewed nearly 400 different products to create this new spirit offering with a goal to celebrate and highlight premium Australian suppliers.

Phil Capps, Qantas Executive Manager of Product and Service, expressed his excitement about the new spirits selection, saying, “We began planning for our new spirits selection more than 12 months ago with the intention to offer our customers a more premium choice when they fly with us. With our flights to Rome restarting and Paris taking off soon, a new aperitif is the perfect way to start or end a European summer holiday.”

A Taste of Australian Excellence

Our Bondi Gin will be featured alongside a rotating selection of premium Australian gins. These selections will be available to first-class inflight and lounge customers, providing a unique taste of Australia during their travels.

However, the gin experience is just the beginning. Qantas’ new winter menu will delight passengers with seasonal produce and plant-based options inspired by various destinations and enhance the inflight and lounge experience for Qantas passengers.
