A play on the traditional ‘Horse’s Neck’ – a 19th century English term for a glass of ginger ale – the gin-spiked buck quickly gained popularity as an easily customisable, brightly refreshing drink. We’ve continued that tradition by using our blushing Shiraz Gin, giving the drink a striking new twist while staying true to its roots.
