700ml 40% Alc/Vol

The beautiful richness of Kangaroo Island lavender gives Adelaide Gin a subtle and delicate lavender profile. While floral in nature, the flavour profile is built up with a traditional range of spices, including juniper, orris root, coriander and cardamom. The result is a truly unique spirit enhanced by the flavours of South Australia.

Pairing profile

Adelaide Gin is a smooth drinking experience that lends itself to simple presentation including neat, on ice, or in a gin martini. When mixed, a light tonic with a sliver of orange is recommended.

INSPIRATION

Adelaide

Inspired by our home in the wonderful city of Adelaide, we set out to make a gin that was – like the city itself – at once classic and contemporary. To celebrate the wine country that surrounds us, our Master Distiller begins with a grape spirit base, creating a fresh, crisp foundation onto which the eight carefully selected botanicals are layered. The resulting classic gin profile on the palate gives way to subtle spice, evolving into a delicate, slightly floral finish courtesy of the Kangaroo Island lavender and the essence of rose used in the distillation. This is a layered and perfectly balanced gin, reflecting our park-filled city and the bounty of flora that can be found within it. Bright, dynamic and richly layered, Adelaide Gin is a fitting tribute to the ‘festival city’, with even the label paying homage to the discovery of copper that led to it becoming the Adelaide we know and love.
