In setting out to create our Adelaide Vodka, we asked ourselves; how do you capture the heart of a place using a spirit that’s famed for its neutrality? The answer was literally under our noses, in a glass of wine from one of the many famed wine regions surrounding our Adelaide home. Creating a distillate from a grape base not only allows us to pay homage to the city’s proud reputation as a winemaking mecca, but yields a crisp spirit with a pleasing brightness that most other vodka simply doesn’t have. A final distillation in a copper pot still imbues the vodka with a rare union of lightness and complexity, making the finished spirit perfect for a broad range of different drinks. This is a vodka that is not only superbly satisfying to drink, but one that celebrates the terroir and world-class industriousness of this remarkable place.
