INGREDIENTS
40ml Rhapsody Ruby Gin, tea-infused
20ml light-aroma Baijiu
15ml Baitz Grenadine
15ml Simple Syrup
Lime and Yuzu Soda
GARNISH

METHOD
Stir over ice until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora.
