Celebrate the 2026 Year of the Fire Horse with a Red Fortune cocktail.
Rhapsody Ruby Gin meets Baijiu, layered with grenadine for a bright red hue, balanced with simple syrup and topped with lively yuzu soda. Red Fortune is a vibrant, approachable cocktail that blends warmth, sweetness and fresh citrus lift.
INGREDIENTS
40ml Rhapsody Ruby Gin, tea-infused
20ml light-aroma Baijiu
15ml Baitz Grenadine
15ml Simple Syrup
Lime and Yuzu Soda
GARNISH
Half or whole strawberry on the rim or dropped into the glass for colour and festive appeal.
METHOD
Stir over ice until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora.
